Prices on the page, month to month. Most Japan agencies quote after three calls. Here are ours, in US dollars, with no setup fee. Media spend, marketplace fees, inventory and freight are always separate and always shown at cost.
Your three closest competitors in Japan, their prices, their organic UGC volume, and the channel we would start with. One page, three business days, no strings.
Two to three weeks. Where your brand stands in Japan today, the buyer and competitor map, what is broken on your current listings, claims that cannot run, the channel order, and a costed 90-day plan. A written report and a 60-minute call.
Full-ingredient screening against Japanese standards, cosmetics notification through our licensed partner manufacturer, compliant labeling text, Yakki-checked Japanese copy, and one Qoo10 or Amazon.co.jp product page. Priced by SKU count (1–3 SKUs at the low end, up to 8 at the high end).
Yakki-compliant Japanese copy pass for one product family, or an Amazon.co.jp / Qoo10 listing rewrite with A+ content text. One to two weeks.
Eight to twelve weeks around one hypothesis, usually one Qoo10 Mega Sale or an Amazon.co.jp relaunch: creator seeding, listing optimization, ads, coupons, and a written English evaluation with the data so you can decide to scale, adjust or stop.
Qoo10, Amazon.co.jp and Rakuten operations, TikTok Shop Japan, UGC programs, Japanese PR, and the monthly Brand Chart. Optional performance component: a lower fixed fee plus 3–5% of Japan net sales.
Retail and drugstore introductions, trade-show presence, and buyer follow-up in Japanese. Priced per program, mostly success-based once the e-commerce numbers exist.
Move from the Entry Kit to Growth within 60 days and we credit 25% of the Entry Kit fee to your first month.
| Engagement | Partner rate (USD) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Japan execution retainer, per client | $2,000–3,000 / month | Same scope as the brand Growth retainer. Typical agency markup 20–30%. |
| Entry Kit, per client | $3,500–7,000 | Regulatory, labeling, copy, one listing. Priced by SKU count. |
| Project work | Scoped in 48 hours | Mega Sale sprint, creator seeding wave, PR launch, trade-show support. |
| Referral only | 10% of first-year fees | If you would rather introduce than resell. Two-way: we refer brands who need your services in your market. |
Nobody publishes this in dollars, so brands budget for the agency fee and get surprised by the rest. A lean first-90-day budget for a skincare brand with three SKUs, selling on Qoo10 and Amazon.co.jp. These are our estimates from recent launches; your numbers will move with SKU count, formulation and ambition.
